This Saturday called to a friend in Moscow from my home phone for just $0.019, without entering any pin codes. Long story short, I signed up with Rebtel. Upon registering (they have a promo - Double your money. Spend $10 as your first payment before November 1, 2008. Get $20 in your account.) I registered my friends number and Rebtel generated permanent alias local number for him, so I just dialed 489-2010 and got to talk with a friend in Moscow. If that's not enough - there is a way to talk with certain foreign countries for free (among them: Germany, Israel, Australia, Bulgary, Czech, Finland, France, Italy, Estonia, Latvia, Poland, and Romania, to name a few), if you are using your cell phone. Another service that was recommended to me was JustVoip - looks like it is not as convenient as Rebtel, but rates are much cheaper. Are you aware of better deals? Email:
